Server Downtime for Upgrades

Over the next 6 to 8 hours I will be upgrading the backbone of this website. What this means to you is that for maybe 2 hours the website won’t exist, for another 2 hours a lot of functions won’t work and for the remaining of the time the website will look like hell. I just want to let you guys know that nothing is wrong, I’m just rebuilding this website. I have implemented so many PHP “hacks” to get things working how I want that I feel like I need to start over, document everything, and rebuild. This is also a great time for me to rebuild this website because I feel like I have lost touch with the website itself since I stopped performing aesthetic upgrades. Perhaps in the next few hours I will find something to write about also, lately I seem to be in a rut and I can’t escape it. I’m sorry if you have noticed a declining quality in my writing, I am going to try and get back to the state I was in when I first started this website.
Now I need just one thing from you, the reader. If in your experience with browsing my website you have found a particular feature that is lacking or could use some tweaking, please tell me. Since I don’t browse my own website often I have trouble telling if something is broken if there isn’t a huge PHP error streaked across the screen. Oh, one more thing, if you know of something interesting that you’d like researched then please let me know, I’m always on the prowl for new material.

Got most of everything up, butchering the style sheet now. I’m slowly working through my checklist.
I have been brainstorming heavily and I think I have settled upon the design for this website. I’ll be doing a few more tweaks to this site to try and get it from looking like the default k2 but don’t expect much. Hopefully my new design, which would be the fourth, will look much better than the previous. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Now why would I want to go rip a terrible website? I’m going to get this thing looking moderately decent and then hopefully if I can pull my idea off there will be a great looking website. This will be a test of my php hacking skills.
