Crysis Patch v1.1 Launched, Minor Improvements

Brief update, from a few friends I’ve been told they are seeing minor speed updates with this new patch. The change-log mentions a lot of fixes so it sounds like the Crysis dev team has been swiftly hammering out the serious bugs along with including a few optimizations. This patch seems to focus primarily on Crossfire/SLI support, perhaps the next patch will somehow make the game playable at high settings in DX9 with a single card. The multiplayer still blows but the singleplayer is more than worth the install, especially after this patch.
