HP Freshman 15 Promotion from BuzzCorps

Viral marketing seems to be all the rage as of late and Hewlett-Packard has taken note of this. HP has hired on Buzz Corps to stir up some buzz about their notebooks. Buzz Corps has selected 15 blogs to participate in their promotion. Gomeler.com was selected to help with the promotion and will be cooperating with Buzz Corps to advertise the competition and participate.

Each of the 15 blogs was given a HP DV4T, DV5T, or DV7T along with a media docking station, 500GB portable hard drive, HP Photosmart C6380 all-in-one printer and messenger bag. The blogs are able to give the laptops away in any manner they see fit with one week given per blog to announce their competition and select a winner.

Since I’m a college student and I intend on targeting college students, I’ve chosen what I believe to be the most useful laptop for college students, the DV4T. The DV4T is a 14.1″ laptop that’s very well equipped for the college student or any individual that has a life that’s always on the go.

Below is a list of the 15 blogs that will be participating in the Freshman 15 Promotion, the date next to each website is the time when each blog will announce their specific competition. Every two days a new blog will announce their competition and after one week the first blog will announce their winner. Gomeler.com will announce its competition on October 18th.

I’m glad I was selected to participate in this promotion and I hope the competition serves its purpose well. Feel free to pass this article around, the more the merrier. Keep checking back here for updates, I will post again about this when the competition starts. There will also be a review of the DV4T available in roughly one week’s time. Good Luck!
